If it doesnt fix. You should send a support ticket. If u speak spanish... I'm sure for ur ID user. ... Si te faltan dos puntos, no vas a poder subir de nivel. Necesita subir otra armas o warframe y seguramente se solucionara. De no se asi, envia un ticket al soporte. Te dejo un buen post de como usar el soporte.
