0 Buff00n Posted August 1, 2016 Share Posted August 1, 2016 (edited) The total mastery you need to reach a particular MR is 2500 * (MR^2). 2500*(22^2) - 2500*(21^2) = 1210000 - 1102500 = 107500 mastery to go from MR 21 to MR22. That's about 36 weapons or 13 Warframes/Archwings/Companions. Specters of the Rail and subsequent updates have added several weapons, an Archwing, two Kavats, 13000 mastery from unlocking Junctions, plus some other stuff I'm forgetting.
