More than 10 arcanes?

Can you put more than 10 arcanes on a syandana or helmet? I have heard you can have 20, but I wasn't sure if they were referring to both helm and syandana, or all at once (they said it only increases chance rate)

you can only have 10 on each item

You can have a total of 20 on you, 10 (of the same) on the helmet and 10 (of the same) on the syandana.

It's tricky trying to describe it. Each arcanes have different ways of stacking-Trickery doesn't stack (add invisible duration) but having two increases the chances of one going off. Whereas, Avenger can be stacked twice, having a total of 60% raw crit chance buff, but each with independent timers.
