Best way to start Natah fast?

I've done a lot of missions and I still can't seem to find the "drone" needed to start the Natah quest then the Second Dream. It's getting frustrating as I really want to get both done with so I can progress to the moons.

Find someone in Recruiting or your clan who always encounters them. How this drone works is that the chances of it appearing will increase with every Uranus Submersible mission completed, meaning eventually a player will reach 100% chance of it spawning.

Typically, players that have completed the quest already will have a higher spawn chance. 

They also seem to spawn more frequently in Survival. At least they have for me.

RWBY. The drones you need for the Natah Quest only spawn in Uranus mission, specifically the Sealab (Submersible) Tileset.
