There is always some way to contact the next higher up, just unsure how. Not a good experience with Support with the Calvin and Hobbes logo, he pretty much just told me tough luck with my support ticket. One where warframe on ps4 freezes at play warframe screen and it's on their end when I'm contacting their servers and I'm unable to play. There is no one higher that you can go to than Support, if they have said its not possible, then its not possible and even private messaging other developers, would likely lead to the same thing being said.
