Do I have all the nodes completed yet?

Recently I decided I should unlock all of the nodes on pluto in order to open it up for the titan extractors I have lying around, but after soloing most of the blue nodes the UI looked like this:

And now I have no idea what nodes I'm missing because they're covered up by the indications for being dark sector, contested, fissure points, etc.

It would be a lot better if there were some sort of heartbeat sound for those nodes too, even if there's a conflict going on, because I don't know what node I have to complete next.

They should still visibly pulse, I haven't done a couple dark sectors, but they still give off a pulse every few seconds when I look at them. Course I can't quite say for certain if this still applies to alerts and invasions.

They still pulse and you can still hear the heart beating noise they make when is not finished.

I COULD use extractors on this planet, I just didn't understand the new UI and how I had to hover over the circle in the bottom left to deploy an extractor.
