Can't progress Derelict Fragments [FIXED]

I have managed to complete all of the Fragments except the last 2 Derelict ones. For some reason when I enter the mission and find it they are green and it says I completed them however I only did 1 of the 3. I tried on different keys (ODS, ODA, ODE etc) and all of them are marked green and completed. How exactly am I supposed to finish these last two?

Just a wild shot: have you tried scanning Eris fragments or they are all green? Yeah, I see that you've completed those entries already. 

But for some reason when I scanned one Eris fragment, it gave me cancer 'Orokin derelict' part, so...
