Other good warframe sites

Hello so I'm sure most people know of the existence of:

I've always hated that the twitter alerts never actually tell you what the mission is or which faction it's against. A couple of the alerts can be vaguely inferred but not often. Last week I came across this site - https://deathsnacks.com/wf/index.html

Seem's brilliant as it shows more detailed information for alerts and also the invasions that are running. But I have a question does anyone know of any resource online that keeps up-to-date track of Sorties and Syndicate Missions? 

 

P.S. My machine is very slow and I have to run gamebooster to play warframe. Therefore "quickly log in to check" is a 15 minute endeavour for me.
