Need help with Kuria 12-2

As the title says, I need help with Kuria 12-2 ("Something more than a whole").

I've done over 100 Ceres runs at this point, mostly exterminates and captures, but the RNG required for the tile is double, since it requires another specific tile to also appear to connect to.

Has anyone been able to find this tile since SOTR? Because at this point, after finding all other Kurias withing 30 runs each, I'm beginning to think this room is bugged and no longer spawns...

Well, funnily enough I just found it, in just 40 minutes of Ceres sabotage/deception...

RNG...

I know your pain. I found it once, but it was before I knew there was a Kuria there. I wish I could help.

Keep looking around mate, it will pop up one day, you know the back room right? Well those are it. 

Even though those room seem like dead ends, this is where 12-2 is spawned. 

Now I've to try to seek 12-3, on that rare old tile.
