How to solve this error?

I started getting the following error quite suddenly,

During morning hours i was playing as usual, was working well and fine then i closed warframe for few hours. When i logged back in this was happening, it happened once before but that was legit server side outage but this time its not. Please help if there is any way to fix it and you have come across similar situation and your course of action in that case. I am running warframe through steam.

Have you checked to see if your not having connection problems or your windows firewall isnt blocking the update?

I have gotten this error message sometimes. I usually close WF and wait and try it again later. If you are unable to find a solution, support can help you.
