Oculyst Spawn Locations (Spoilers... I guess?)

I started up a PC account a few months ago and have been playing on and off due to the early game grind being horrible (especially compared to an MR17 on Xbone). I've been wanting to start up the Second Dream so I can pick Zenurik to make my crappy early builds a little better. Knowing that I need to complete Natah to start Second Dream, and knowing that I need to scan an Oculyst to start Natah, I was wondering if it's possible for Oculysts to spawn outside of Uranus.

I didn't think there was a Grineer Sealab tileset outside of Uranus, but Marina, Earth is a short Sealab Exterminate. Was wondering if anybody's seen an Oculyst spawn there.

from what i heard before the sotr update that it does spawn outside uranus but at a very low rate... i'm not sure now but it should be best to keep trying on uranus

Occulysts are intended to only spawn on the Uranus sealab tileset, I'm sorry but you'll have to trek across the system before you can start the Natah quest.

If you somehow get an occulyst to spawn on a different spot, definitely scan it. But its presence there is likely a bug.
