Health/Shield screen flashes.

I was messing around on my secondary for the Limbo quest so I went to Earth and fought Grineer, which do bleed procs every so often.

Now, between shield hits and bleeds, the vid below is what it felt like to watch my TV screen.

Can we please just maybe apply the effect to the actual Frame models, and NOT the screen borders (or optional)? When you have a large screen TV, it will make the neighbors think I've stolen a police car and parked it in my lounge room.
