Move to PS4?

So I was wondering. This morning I decided to play Warframe on my PS4 and noticed that Silver Grove had finally come out for console! (Thanks DE!!!) But now my question is, since we are going to be able to copy our PC account to our console when the systems are on the same build for the game, then are we able to do that now that PC and PS4 are both on Silver Grove? If so, how do we do that exactly?

Technically, we are not on the same update, PC is on 1.4 and we are 1.3. and the update process for console is a lot more strenuous and by the time consoles get caught up, PC will have 3 more patch updates or small content additions then will perpetuate the cycle even more. 

account migration is a hot button for them and i think they are working on a way to get PC> console but no timetable as to when right now

I think thats no possible for now,the time for that expired long ago, but maybe it will be back again in future.
