this is not working as advertised

the sancti magistar dosnt creat resistance to status effects NO instead it auto blocks every time you should get a status proc

its impossible
he procs you every second and the blocking animation takes roughly a second
oh and you know what to make it even better YOU CANT MOVE while blocking

who thought that this is a good idea ?

lets finish the rant and start with constructive feedback:
you should honestly consider to change this
my suggestion is let it do exactly what the effect says: create a resistance to status effects
no more no animation no extras just like standing on oberons hollow ground
hold the weapon -> no procs for you
its realy as simple as it sounds

an update on this

i tested it again

the blocking animation dosnt do anything (except stunlocking you)
you still get the electric status proc
every **** time

Yep, this. Also, buff the Rakta Dark Dagger while you're at it, DE. It's too weak.
