Genetic codes are gone!

I want to try out the new cat I don't know why I try farming for the genetic codes I get to in 2 hours needless to say I didn't want to do that anymore so I bought the rest. After buying the remaining genetic codes I realised I needed an incubator power core as well I started building that once that was completed I was hoping to build my cat I go to start the process to see that I have zero genetic codes and 0 Platinum so the game took my Platinum but never gave me my genetic codes.....

help? What do I do? Who do I talk to?

Any advice guys/girls fellow tennos?

Well the new power core also need 10 Kavat genetic codes. I mindlessly starting building the new core without realizing I needed to drop 10 very hard to farm Kavat codes. After it was finished building. I was confused to as why I had 0 kavat codes. Was you aware the power core also need 10 Kavat codes? So in general. You need about 20 codes. 10 for the core. 10 to actually start the kavat.

Kavat Incubator upgrade requires 10 Kavat codes and every Kavat you want to breed requires 10 codes so to get started with your first Kavat you need 20 codes

Yeah. It got me too. Best thing I can tell you is. Farm for primed items & sell em until you raise 50p & just buy 10 kavat codes. Farming them is a true pain & I wont recommend farming kavat codes to anyone.
