Sgt. Ruk's Mission might be broken with absurd amount of rare containers

I've been playing Sgt. Ruk for orokin cells to build prime set's i've been buying, and at this point i find broken the amount of rare containers that appear there. 
I've tried on Alad V and it doesn't happen at that rate. 
I explore every part of the map and at least 5 out of 12 runs theres 1 rare container. Sometimes even 2.

I know that i can't be that lucky and this happens often

I've been finding reinforced containers every run with barely exploring the map, I can vouch for that one.
