Sword and Shield Danaus Skin in an awkward position

I don't know how to describe this, so I'll just let the photos speak for themselves. I'm not certain if I'm the only one who's having this problem or not, but it really threw me off when it happened.

Yeah this problem keeps persisting across several Warframes and I hope it is fixed soon. It's quite disappointing to get a big pack of fancy skins (Oberon etc.) and looking forward to setting fires with Silva & Aegis only to find that it looks more like a Norse era frisbie than a shield. There is another thread here reporting same issues and I imagine many many more:

I just got the pack yesterday I was excited to use it but when I used it on the Silva & Aegis I had the same bug happen. At first I thought that it was due to Athena skin for Nyx but I tried it with all the other frames I had with and with out their skins and it happened to every one. The shield flips up right at the crook of the arm. I was disheartened but its kinda nice to know that its not an isolated case, and may be fixed at some point.
