Hyekka Master in Sand of Inaros

Not sure if this is bugged... I am now doing the 2nd quest of SOI and the given enemy to me is Hyekka Master, picture with the long ears dropping down like rabbit. 

I read online and wiki saying they spawn in ceres and best place is ceres draco to farm them.... but I have been doing that for 30 minutes previously farming for the 1st enemy seeker and never saw any hyekka masters. In fact I have never seen any in ceres before, only on mars tileset or saturn. 

I killed 2 hyekka masters in mars assassination mission but baro didn't confirm it and when I returned to my ship, the glyph is not even lit up by a bit.

Could this be bugged?.... or where else could I find a steady spawn of hyekka masters for this quest? thanks.

I think phobos is a good place to get hyekka masters. Its where I got mine.

Yes I did. That is why i find it weird that baro didn't mention anything. I checked the gear, it is the same vessel from the 1st seeker quest.

Did you have the sound effect occur on kill?

Maybe try dequipping the vessel and re-equipping it, or stopping the quest and then starting it again.

ok finished the 2nd quest. Apparently the game didn't register the kills fast enough.
