Lockdowns with no control panels accessible

Anyone else encountered this? I've hit three maps where I've been locked down and there has been no way to get to a control panel.

if you have the liset (ship) you can bypass the controls by using the ships ability if you have them in your gear wheel.

There are no tiles that don't have a control panel somewhere in them. It was tested. If it was an actual issue, it would have been fixed long ago. 

The hackable panels have a green backlight and are sometimes in branches or off-to-the-side parts of the room, but there is always one of them in any section you can get stuck in.

Sometimes the Sabotage effects interfere with getting to a panel, but that should be quite rare. *in any case, if you can describe the tile or find a pic, we'd be able to investigate further with ya~ :3

There has been at least one report of this issue that DE has addressed for PC players in Silver Grove Update 2.2.  Console players do not have this update yet and are still subject this specific grineer galleon tileset missing a panic button to hack open doors.  If there are more you should try to get screenshots and submit them to DE so they can be fixed in the next console build we get through certification.
