It took me some time, but I got to the point where the only ones I was missing were vainilla Ash and Ember Prime. I've been farming Grineer survivals for weeks waiting for Manics, almost lost my hope, and just now... the last part I needed for Ash dropped. I'm happy to leave this grind in particular behind.
