BloodKitten
after playing fallout 4 and previosly dragon age and mass effect, i was wondering, what other games (preferably the kind i have control over gameplay or story) are there where the player have relationship system with a character or faction, for me, its an element of games that is kind of an atrraction (rather then games that throw canon BF/GF/faction and telling you to care about them) anyone know of anything for windows platform? BrownStalin
the STALKER series has a faction system but that system is mostly used in Clear skies which is considered the weakest link of the series. Chernobly has a very crude faction system due to how you only join 2 factions. I don't know about Call of Pripyat due to me never playing it. Unus
Deus Ex certainly has that in the Nano-Age. I believe Mount and Blade does it as well. Planetside does it without a story. Hmmmm. . . I'll think of a few more. Also, yeah, Faction Reputation in Pripyat influences purchases and patrol densities for opposing factions. Kick Obyazannost around enough, you'll have to pay your entire wallet to them for supplies while their patrols might be wearing sunrise suits and wielding Makarovs. In the mean time, supplies from Svoboda can be bought for dirt cheap while their patrols wander around with Sgi5ks and power-armor. BrownStalin
Crusader Kings 2 also has a faction/relation system but i don't know if you are into a grand strategy dynastic simulation
JefPlays
Since you mentioned Fallout 4, you might try New Vegas as well. Personally I feel like Obsidian did this sort of thing better than Bethesda ever have.
