So just a quicky, thing I want to ask, I've filed a ticket on the Friday afternoon/evening ish and I have yet to have a send-back, whuold I have to wait untill the monday, untill they get my ticket or do they file tickets and get back to them when they are in the office?.
Oh and before you say: Yes, I do kown, Support gets alot of tickets and making more won't speed it up, thats just obsequious
