What build is better ?

I'm maining excalibur and most of the time use exalted blade (have the naramon school) but i'm conflicted between these builds

i like using Silva & Aegis so if you think the bottom build is better what should i change to make it good for silva ? 

I played both builds and that's why i'm posting this since i have no idea wich one to pick

personally this is the build i use for my excal exalted blade - keep in mind the primed mods arent needed they just make it last longer etc

if Exalted Machine Gun is your goal, then the second option for Excalibro is obviously better.

if you're going to be using Melee for extended periods, Body Count will make a big difference with Damage.
don't forget to use the appropriate Elementals for the Enemies you're fighting ofcourse, unless you have a specific niche in mind.

wel i'm looking for a build that i can machine gun exalted blade but still have the energy to blind enemy's when they get to higher level

oh and is the Silva & Aegis build any good for it or should i change it with the nikana prime build and final harbringer as aura ?
