Aspari
Or do they have citizens that actually live in colonies all over the galaxy? Right now it seems like the Grineer are just a military civilization with the sole purpose of ruling everything left in the universe with an iron fist. If they do have people who aren't a part of the Grineer military I think there should be a few levels where the Tenno invade Grineer colonies for political assassination and municipal sabotage. Woonagi
they have no civilians i think. They are just a millitary race that uses cloning to replenish their population, don't think they will waste resources on making civilians.
Seeryxlas
Think that sums up the grineer mentality pretty well.

ClaymoreNo47
Think of it like Kryptonian society from man of steel. Everyone is cloned for a pupose and that purpose is to not simply enjoy life on a daily basis. It would make no sense from a resource standpoint to clone a grineer just for the sake of living a regular life. The only people who seem to have free will are a select few in their high council that the genetic cloning is base off of. Roogan
the grineer are a whole race, and civilization, they have civilians, sub factions, and each grinner is a person, though cloning is primary. this is proven by in game dialogue, from comments made by the grineer themselfs, our dear lotus, and shown out of game in one of the trailers. I wouldn't be surprised if some corpus were also of grineer heritage. we also know there are people outside both factions to some degree, or who defected from such from the descriptions of the alerts. in other words, the solar system is a big place.
