What is this syandana?

I watched this video a while back and wanted to know which syandana it was so I did what any other person would do and left a comment only to get a single reply that said the secura syandana which I don't think it's it, unless there's a tennogen one that is secura.

Can someone please tell me which syandana this is?

It's the Misa Prime Syndana, which if I recall corectly was part of the Ember Prime access. Currently it's unavailable but it can return in one of the Prime vaults.

It wont for a long &#! time though since it already came back once with frost.
