So, how is the new star map these days?

I am currently stuck from accessing other planets, especially Europa and Saturn. Europa's Junction require me to create a Warframe specter, but this needs nano spores to build. And since the planets I already unlocked don't drop any, I turn to Saturn. Only to find that Saturn's Junction needs me to kill Raptor, Europa's boss. Seeing the problem here?
