Fastest Relic-Opening Mission

I have a huge ammount of void relics lieing around waiting to be opened. Thats why I wonder:

What missions do you prefere when opening your void relics? What are the fastest?
Exterminate?
Capture?
Mobile def?

(I guess I can rule out spy^^)

Also, wich frame do you recommend? (I build my 0-forma almost-max-speed-24-sec-duration-volt yesterday, and tho he is quite fast, I wonder if there are better alternatives for fast-relic farming) (https://goo.gl/LVfsQ2)

Capture>Exterminate>mobile def.

Although Exterminate would open relic faster it would take longer than capture.

Sabotage is by far the easiest. No random running around. You get to the point and get out. Unless it's 2.0 and you have to take your time then capture is faster.

Lith meso exterminate. Why not capture ? because u always be pointed to enemies, u wont have problem finding reactant. And can melt enemies in lith meso with equinox or ember, or ignis sobek.

For Lith relics, fissures on Mariana, Earth, using Ember with a max range World on Fire build are by far the fastest. It has about 50 enemies, all enemies die in a single hit from World on Fire, and you'll typically have enough Reactant about halfway through. The mission never spawns branching paths, so you'll never need to backtrack. It's about 2-3 minutes per run including the time spent selecting your relic and entering and leaving the mission.
