Second dream not working?

I honestly have no idea if this is the right place to ask for help, but seeing as I cant find the question already asked, does anyone know how I should fix second dream not working? This will be my 3rd time doing it, I have already tried restarting warframe twice, however, the first mission in it does not show in the tab, and when I click on it it just closes the tab.

As of right now, it can't be completed a third time. It just bugs out and Lotus will continue to give you the starting dialogue every time you log in.

Hopefully will be fixed soon.

(You can turn off the startup dialogue with - Esc - Quests - 'Clear Active Quests' in the bottom right corner)
