Missing Collar?

So I got my Kubrow matured and I beat the Howl Of The Kubrow quest. Now I want to take him along but it says he is missing his collar. I've tried relogging and pulling him in and out of stasis but still no luck. Is there any other way I can get the collar? Any help is very much appreciated.

From wiki: 

The player must then go to Gaia, Earth to obtain a collar from the Grineer via a 5-wave defense mission. The object to protect will be the player's Kubrow itself.

did you do this mission?

go a mission or go to a dojo and come back, that normally fixes it.
