Grineer Manics can turn off iron skin?

Noticed this first in the nightwatch event, and now again fighting Tyl Reagor, whenever Grineer Manics come around, they have more than once caused my iron skin to detonate without me doing anything. This has not happened during normal play, survival/defense etc., but only during tactical alerts and that paricular boss fight. Special manics?

According to Warframe wiki, Manics can use dispel, much like the Stalker, to cancel iron skin. It is also mentioned that their dispel ability is related to their pouncing attack, so if they pounce on you, you might lose your iron skin. So perhaps these manics pounce more often or something. Another thing to keep in mind is this: with the Nightwatch missions and Tyl Regor, you get many manics at once (if I remember it right). On the normal missions you get one, and they won't surprise you much.
