Massive Frame Rate drops at random times

Seems like a reoccurring issue for me and probably a few others. At random times I'll get this huuuge frame rate and lag spike. It's so bad even moving the curser around the pause menu is super laggy. It seems to happen when checking out my Mods and trying to sell them for Endo or credits, but also at random during a mission. It also happened during a cutscene when I replayed the Second Dream, which makes me kinda nervous for playing the War Within. If you can DE, please try and find the source of this and fix it as soon as possible.
