Cosmetic Manager for the Orbiter?

I was told that Megan and Rebecca were talking about, and showing off, a new cosmetic manager for the orbiter. They apparently took over a random tenno's ship and showed how it would interact with placed and unplaced cosmetics.

Does anyone know which episode of Primetime or Devstream this was featured in? I'd like to watch it for myself, but I'm not sure where to look.
