How do you change your warframe or weapon once you start the war within

^{I had no idea that we couldn't change the frame or weapon once started. i just went ahead with my leveling frame and weapon and now i am stuck being one hit dead with the queen guards. and its annoying the hell out of me!!! any ideas}

I saw someone who was stuck on replaying Second Dream; if you can at any point get back to your orbiter, try checking the codex if you can cancel the current quest?

i cant, when i relog it just takes me to the bloody cut scene, i am starting to hate this update and wish i had never played it. :(

Then that is most likely unintentional and will be fixed in a hotfix soon.

Still downloading the update, don't you have any kind of Abort Mission option when you press Escape?

no you cannot abort and when you die the whole cut scene starts all over you cannot even skip it. so its just a loop of mind bending craziness. i hope they fix this soon otherwise i wont be playing this game by being stuck in this constant loop of misery.

That is kind of what the message before you went to the fortress was for, telling you "hey you're gonna be locked into the quest might want to bring what you need before continuing".

Your warframe doesn't work against her guards so as long as you can run and hide outside the arena to bring out your Tenno you should be able to make it through. Not an easy fight though - I don't see the benefit of revives / restart penalty during a crucial quest line. I ran with nova and had to revive over and over, but crashed hard when I ran out of revives... I think that was patched though.

Same problem here, I am stuck at the end with level 25 BO and Trinity. They have to fix that soon or a lot of people won't be able to play any more

I played the first mission, then I died and got mission failed in mission 2 and that put me back on my ship.

Don't know what is supposed to happen,  but I am now free to play other nodes and swap layout.
