TWW: Can't Progress Past the first mission

For some reason, I can't progress in the first quest of The War Within. My friend has played through it and said that the conclave guy, Teshin, should appear for a cut-scene in a certain room. I get to the room and sometimes he is not there, othertimes he is there, doing some idle animation (you can even scan him). I keep going, killing everything in my way because Valkyr, and I get to the room where the quest marker is. I ran around the room at least twice, the door on the other side wont open and standing right below the quest marker does nothing (nor does jumping into it.) I'd post a screenshot of me standing under it (the distance even says 0m), if knew how to post it here.

I really don't know what to try and make the quest work, i even joined a multiplayer match and we all got the same thing; nothing working. This wouldn't be as big of an issue if I couldn't do sorties with my friends who depend on a Trinity to survive, but it kinda is because I can't progress past the first mission.

Same is happening to me.  Tried optimizing/verifying cache, tried different video settings, tried public and solo matches, making another quest active then coming back to it; nothing works. :(  Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

To both of you, i tried doing the quests with a friend and it (somehow) worked. He believes it was because of frame rate because i have a very low frame rate in warframe, about 19 when nothing too intensive going on, but below 7 when things get really hectic, like a lot of enemies or particle effects.

 

After the second mission, the quest line becomes solo and you can't have others with you (does that count as a spoiler?). At the same time, i was perfectly fine when playing the rest of the missions in the quest.

 

Good luck to you guys, hopefully DE can figure out what is really causing the issues here, because this is a really, really big bug.

Hey guys, we're aware of this problem and are looking into a fix! Keep an eye out for a hotfix (hopefully) later this week.
