JimmyThreeNut
Ive noticed that J3 Golem drops Neural Sensors (Grineer Tech) And that Councillor Vay Hek drops Neurodes (Infested Sensory Organs) I would think that it would be the other way around. Seeing as J3 Golem is infested and Vay Hek is a Grineer Councillor?
sw0rd5
well, what if... Councilor Vay Hek IS the J3 Golem?

Meenmu
Look at it this way: Hek and Golem were having a tea party and decided to trade some tech because they are such good buddies (remember how hek is a diplomat and golem is super lonely on an abandoned ship?) So Hek gave golem some grineer tech, and golem reached through his face hole and ripped out a part of himself to return the gesture. And that's why it is the way it is. Adagio
this has been addressed long, long time ago in a far far galaxy ... oh wait, this has been addressed long ago, and Steve replied that he was in a rush, with a ":(". i'm not joking, i thought that it's going to be swapped or something like that but up until now there's nothing in it, maybe it's in the last of the patch list. stivoknis
I always thought that was dumb. The drops for J-3 Golem and Hek should be switched at least to be lore consistant.
DCypherThis13
Another thing to consider is that Infested and Grineer are opposing factions. How many Grineer has the Golem killed? How many Infested has Hek killed? It is more than possible that the resource drops are related to opposing faction kills. Just my $.02.
Xylia
To be honest, I want to know why Neurodes, Morphics, Orokin Cells and Gallium have at least two different worlds they can appear on. Neural Sensors and Control Modules have 1-and-only-1 planet they appear on. IMO: Venus: Remove Polymer Bundles and replace them with Control Modules. Sedna: Remove Salvage, and replace it with Neural Sensors. That way, every planet has a rare material (two in the case of Mars and Pluto) and every material has at least two different options of where to get it.
