I've observed in my recent playtime that activating the zenurik focus and getting the energy regen passive for the warframe causes the operator to have their energy start draining from the moment they step out of the warframe. After testing both the vazarin focus and zenurik without the passive equipped I can confidently say that it is the energy overflow passive that is causing my operator to lose energy. My question is, is this intended? And if so, why? I recognize that the zenurik passive as it exists is fairly overpowered compared to the rest of the focus schools, but it seems unfair to impose this specific drawback to draw away use from the zenurik school.
