Slow gameplay since update

Since the war within's update, my gameplay has been impossible.

Before that i always played the game at max config, but now i can't even play at the lowest.

i have tried to optimise it since then using nvidia's optimisation program, ingame config, and launch config.

I have had stutters, frame drops and lag since the update as well. I am assuming this is something they will eventually patch.

same here before update game is run normal now is really very laggy and slow..
