War Within Question:

During the first (only?) Archwing portion, is the Boost ability intentionally disabled to keep the player moving slowly? Or is the Archwing portion broken, as I've found it to be badly bugged outside this Quest?

didn't had anytrouble in this section or archwing you have to not get stuck in laser anyway right ? did you find another route ?

The flying behavior was odd. If I flew "perfectly," I seemed to slow down over time. I would speed up if I stopped flying briefly, then start again. I would speed up if I hit something, such as the ship.

The slowing was causing me to lag behind the ship, which was then causing me to trip lasers.

As for Archwing missions, there's a bug causing the player to lose flight ability after a Revive. You then walk, run, and bullet-jump with normal Conclave animations. There are posts about it in the bug reporting sections. It started with TWW.
