Does anyone know of a place where they rank weapons and/or frames into top/bottom X or tiers. I heard about someone placing frames into tiers (probably from one of the livestreams) and with Vauban being in god tier. I might have misheard though.

You're looking for a Player-generated list in which they rank the effectiveness of both weapons and warframes.

 

Google will give you such an answer if it exists.
