Limbo neuopics

What is the trick to getting the Limbo Neuopics Blueprint ??  The quest keeps sending me to a level 22 Earth Cambria and with the help of others I've been able to complete 3 times but with no blueprint at the end. Am i suppose to find it somewhere on the Earths surface somewhere ??

It usually drops somewhere between 2-10 extractors. I got the Neuroptics in 2, Systems in 10 and Chasis in 3. Also, you must build the previous part to get the next part so that might be your problem. You can't build Limbo all at once unfortunately.

Thanks - But i'm just doing the Theorem and its asking for the Neuropics Blueprint only. I'll keep trying

Keep trying.  It will drop in that quest mission, but when it drops depends on RNG.

In my experience 3 consecutive digs is the most efficient way to drop the neuroptics.
