I still believe that the chance of fire rate being better for burst dps is still higher though (considering most weapons with shred only have 30% more fire rate but 90% multishot) Link to comment

A bow with a very high fire rate (say the Rakta Cernos) will get little to no benefit at a certain point as the draw speed can't match the speed you can target enemies. Link to comment
