There are certain keywords that will get you an automatic 24 hour chat ban. So if it lasts for more than 24 hours then you should contact support.

If you have been banned (not kicked) from chat and haven't been given a reason why, then you will need to either wait out your ban or contact support. The kick/ban could have come from Kickbot or a chat moderator.

No one on the forums are able to help with bans/kicks/account issues, only support is able to do so.
