Cannot start game from steam

I had played warframe for half month. the last time is the morning today. but I cannot start it now. i did tried to download and reinstall it which did not work. it showed preparing warframe and nothing happened then. there`s no process in task manager. it happened before but will return after laptop restarted. 

i have no idea now. what should i do with it....?

nobody knows about it? i repaired it yesterday but happen again today?  WTF?

Might be a problem from Steam's side of things.

Try to download the game from the website and run it without Steam.
