I sold both of the items long time ago (both have not reach to maximum level) before I understand how rank system works.. now I think I need them to help me reach higher rank. So I hope I can get them back if possible.  please help

On PC, they are not in the market for sale

I recommend either joining a clan and crafting the other archwings in the tenno lab.

With the way the mastery system works, it is unforgivable how early-game gear can only ever be acquired once (dual ethers, original Odonata and such) in case you sell it off before maxing it. At worst, keep it locked and hidden until you progress to acquiring it naturally, then leave it obtainable from then on.
