Reload Speed on bows affect how fast you draw your arrows from the quiver.
Upon testing, seems like the -43.4% Reload is barely noticeable.

Sample build shows the stats that you can get from it mainly- 7.1x Crit Damage multiplier.
Vile Acceleration is highly optional and can be replaced by Bladed Rounds to further increase it's crit multiplier.
