Long-standing Progression Stopper on Ice Planet Tileset

There's an elevator on the corpus ice planet tileset that, for as long as I can remember, will on use sometimes teleport clients back to the floor they started from. It only happens rarely, so it's hard to reproduce. When it happens, it continues doing so and prevents level progression. Every elevator has a little issue with latency, but this one has ALWAYS been the pickiest and whenever the problem manifests I find that it never resolves itself.

There's an image of the lower floor for the elevator. Unfortunately I didn't know about F6's screenshot thing until after I'd left the game. Since there are very few working elevator tiles in this tileset, I doubt it'll be hard to find. Also, this mission had to be aborted because of the bugged elevator.
