It drops from literally everything, enemy and mission reward wise. There isn't a shortage of endo and removing endo from sortie won't change that. It doesn't need to be replaced either, just remove it. Today's Spy sortie was not worth doing for 2k endo. I hate getting lenses as well, but those are not available from everything else in the game.
