I think I found an Arsenal bug..

Ok, so a very RANDOM question. Whenever i'm in the loadout arsenal, I go to loadout options and click on the button labled as 'Randomize', just like a YouTuber by the name of DKDiamantes does in his series called "Bonus Randomizer"...except it does nothing but freeze my game.  Well..ok, it doesn't freeze it so much as make me unable to press anything, yet I can still open the chat window and type anything in; as well as me still being able to see animations and hear the ambient music.  DK does it, and it works fine, no hiccups or anything, and then I created a new loadout slot, did the same thing...didn't work.  Hell, it's not even randomizing anything, it just doesn't do anything; and the only way I can close the game, is through the Taskmanager.  I know this probably didn't make sense, or if anyone else is experiencing this, but I wondered if anyone could help me.
