Second Dream - Restarting

So, I've seen this mentioned a lot, but no where out of like 6 pages I looked at, does it say how do I do the Second Dream quest again, including the patch page.
And I've scanned the blue sentients that scan and run away, but Lotus didn't say anything like she did before and I don't have the quest anywhere.

To redo the Second Dream, you go into your codex, click the quest, and press the "replay" button.

[FLSH_BNG]

Go to the codex, find "The Second Dream", press "replay quest."

It's just like starting almost every other quest for the first time.

Really? I don't remember ever starting a quest like  that. Might be going senile...
