Need Help with Warframe on steam

I Lost my appmanifest_230410.acf now he want me to re download it all again and i already have the game files up to date Please in need the file from any one if you could help

Can't you just verify cache integrity?

It'll scan the game's files and locate the ones that you're missing and re-download them.

Just open the settings tab on the launcher and click "Verify" under download cache.

you don't get it this is the file that make my steam read the game in my library with out it i can't even see the game name in my steam to make any thing to it.

Nope... i just need some one who has the game to upload the file for me that's all :)

it can be found on this direction under name  appmanifest_230410.acf

Do you have the new manifest?  Open it up in notepad and see if you can find this: 

"BytesDownloaded"  "0" and then change it to "BytesDownloaded"        "6465791744" and then save.

 I would save a copy of your current manifest before you edit the file just in case.

This really sounds super suspicious, just redownload the game you'll get results much faster than asking for something like this on the forums.

you are kidding right body... my download speed is 110 Kb per sec  Maximum and you want me download 13GB with this again 

and one more thing by suspicious you mean that this data looks like something i could use to hack or something you leave that to the admins if you don't understand what this code mean if they found it "Suspicious" as you said they can remove my question.
